If any damaged items are received, you need to immediately take photos of the package and all contents.  All contents must be new and unused. Send picture via email or SMS to Smokey Bros LLC along with any other vital information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned and will not be accepted.

We ship 3 day priority shipping through USPS. Overnight shipping can also be included at extra cost. USPS is the only carrier used through Smokey Bros LLC.

Your personal information will never be shared, traded, sold or used in any manner not explicitly approved by you. We do not swap mailing lists, share information or sell it. Only authorized Smokey Bros LLC employees are allowed to access this personal information. The storage of personal information helps protect you against credit card fraud, because the records of all transactions are kept for reference in the case of a dispute.
